Defibrillation Training Courses

For many years a trained first aider has been able to summon emergency assistance and commence cardio-pulmonary resuscitation to buy time prior to the arrival of an ambulance or doctor. Many are now being trained to use defibrillators.

Defibrillators are increasingly found in a variety of different environments and communities, particularly as the public access defibrillation initiative develops. The immediate availability of this equipment, together with someone who is trained and competent in its use can significantly increases a casualty’s chance of survival.

Our AED training courses can be adapted to include all types of machine and run from two – six hours depending on the needs of individual customers. Often courses are extended to include assessment of competence, resuscitation scenarios and the use of other resuscitation adjuncts including oxygen.
