Step four of the UK Governments roadmap came into effect on Monday 19th July.
As a business, we are committed to keeping our staff and customers safe, including those that work essential services like the NHS, Social Care, Local Authorities and Retail. We also recognise that as members of staff from a wide variety of businesses begin to return to the workplace, a number have had only limited contact with others in the past sixteen months.
We have therefore taken the decision to continue working as we are now, and have been since March 2020, with the same mitigation in place which we will next review on the 1st September. This includes:
- Lateral flow testing for our staff teams
- The wearing of masks inside our premises where social distancing cannot be maintained
- The washing of hands / use of alcohol gel on our courses
- A continued reduction in the number attending our courses to ensure that social distancing is maintained where practical to do so.
Equally, we will continue to follow our clients procedures when working on-site.
