The champagne is still on ice and our 20th anniversary birthday cake is now a little stale, but what a year we’ve had!
I’m immensely proud of our staff team, who’ve worked so hard to support our customers and ensure continued safe delivery of training courses and consultancy. From essential training for staff working in the NHS, through to keyworkers and manufacturing businesses, our team have, and continue to adapt and overcome whatever challenges they face – thank you!
To our customers, thank you for your continued support, and well done on everything you and your colleagues have achieved this year. We appreciate very much your loyalty, commitment and flexibility over the past nine months.
It’s fair to say that it has been, and continues to be, a challenging time for many individuals and businesses alike however 2020 has also brought out the best in people.
We are so proud of what we have achieved, and we can’t wait to see where we are in another 20 years.
