For many years now we have offered ELearning, for those who prefer to learn at their own pace. But when the Covid pandemic hit, we adapted a variety of our courses to be live streamed
We love training and thrive on the face-to-face interaction we usually have with delegates. Not being able to do that meant only one thing, we’d have to do it virtually instead.
The same familiar training faces and fantastic levels of interaction but delivered a little differently to help keep everyone safe.
We currently offer 12 of our courses this way which have now become part of our standard portfolio of training.
These courses have been extremely well received by customers with some wonderful feedback, achieving the same levels of engagement and interaction we would ordinarily expect in the classroom environment. Live training achieves good communication and interaction with delegates through the power of face-to-face eye contact that builds trust, triggers emotion and captures a memorable tone and style while communicating the essence of the learning content.
Live streamed ‘zoom’ courses are perfect for groups and individuals and E-learning is perfect for individuals to learn at their own pace. Courses can easily be adapted to meet the individual needs of, and delivered to entire staff teams. Our ever-growing portfolio is regularly updated inline with changing regulations and legislation.
Our main platform for delivery is ‘Zoom’, however we are also delivering using Microsoft Teams and similar, video conferencing solutions. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure data security using these platforms, including seeking external advice from our IT provider.

Medicines to Children in Care (½ day) - Administration of Medicines to Adults in Care (½ day)
- Covid Secure (1/2 day)
- First Aid (Level 3) Paediatric Course – 1 day live streamed and one day face to face
- First Aid at Work (FAW) – 1-day live streamed training, 2 days face to face delivery
- First Aid at Work Annual Refresher (FAWR) including COVID-19 resuscitation updates
- Fire Marshal and Fire Warden (½ day)
- Risk Assessment (1/2 day)
- IOSH Managing Safely (3 days)
- Manual Handling Load (½ day)
- West of England Manual Handling Train the Trainer Course– 2 days live streamed, 3 day’s face to face delivery
