We have now delivered over 20 live streamed training courses, which have already become part of our standard portfolio of training. These courses have been extremely well received by customers, achieving the same levels of engagement and interaction we would ordinarily expect in the classroom environment.
Live streamed ‘zoom’ courses are perfect for groups and individuals and E-learning is perfect for individuals to learn at their own pace. Courses can easily be adapted to meet the individual needs of, and delivered to entire staff teams
We are continuing to develop a number of our own courses and speaking with a number of awarding bodies to further support this method of training delivery. We have just this week reached an agreement with Qualsafe Awards to use a blended approach to the 3 day First Aid at Work course and Level 3 Paediatric First Aid to enable 1 day on each course to be carried out live streamed.
Our main platform for delivery is ‘Zoom’, however we are also delivering using Microsoft Teams and similar, video conferencing solutions. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure data security using these platforms, including seeking external advice from our IT provider.

- Administration of Medicines to Children (½ day)
- Administration of Medicines in Care (½ day)
- First Aid (Level 3) Paediatric Course– 1 day live streamed and one day face to face
- First Aid at Work (FAW)– 1-day live streamed training, 2 days face to face delivery
- First Aid at Work Annual Refresher (FAWR)including COVID-19 resuscitation updates
- Fire Marshal (½ day)
- IOSH Managing Safely (3 days)
- Risk Assessment (1/2 day)
- Manual Handling Load (½ day)
- West of England Manual Handling Train the Trainer Course– 2 days live streamed, 3 day’s face to face delivery
We have also partnered once again with SG23 Fitness and hosted a FREE Zoom live interactive ‘DSE workout’ broadcast covering good practice and simple exercises to improve our musculoskeletal health. A few months ago we first collaborated with them and produced a short video showing you some simple stretching techniques that you can do at your desk, eliminating the need to move away from your work space but helping your mental and physical well-being.
