Employers must not carry out any work in demolition, maintenance, or any other work which exposes, or is liable to expose, employees or others to asbestos.

Should this information not be available our consultants will carry out a risk assessment that will identify where asbestos is located within a building, what type it is, and in what condition creating an asbestos register.
We assist you through an assessment of risk from asbestos which may be made by referring to this site specific document, providing it is current, of suitable and sufficient quality, and that asbestos is being managed safely by the duty holder for the premises. If there is any doubt regarding the presence of asbestos, then legislation has specific requirements in place.
