Why do our customers choose us?

These courses have been extremely well received by customers, achieving the same levels of engagement and interaction we would ordinarily expect in the classroom environment.

Our main platform for delivery is ‘Zoom’, however we are also delivering using Microsoft Teams and similar, video conferencing solutions. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure data security using these platforms, including seeking external advice from our IT provider. All of these courses are ‘live streamed’ by our established team of consultants and trainers using a variety of different techniques including presentation, breakout groups, Q+A and completion of worksheets.

Manual Handling courses involving ‘people handling’, and our first aid training course programmes accredited by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) are not permitted to be delivered solely on-line, contrary to what some providers might advertise. Delegates attending these courses must be able to demonstrate competence and have the opportunity to practice a number of key skills in the classroom.

As always, these courses can also be provided for staff teams which typically can accommodate up to 12 delegates, and in many cases altered to meet any individual needs you might have, please contact us for more information

Live training achieves good communication and interaction with delegates through the power of face-to-face eye contact that builds trust, triggers emotion and captures a memorable tone and style while communicating the essence of the learning content.

How do we approach Live streamed training?

Once you book onto the course, we set up a private 'meeting' (via Zoom or Microsoft Teams) and invite delegates to join. We will require an email address for each delegate to send the invite to. You will need a laptop, PC, tablet, phone or similar device with audio and camera enabled.

We will:

• Provide any course information you might require in advance
• Meet you in the lobby before training to make sure everything is working
• Welcome you all to the course in the usual way
• Give you as much opportunity to participate as you would like
• Facilitate assessments where required
• Issue certification on successful completion
These interactive courses offer a valuable training resource whilst minimising social contact and helping to keep everyone safe.
